Promoter Journey:-

  • Born in Hindu Business Family based at Ajmer.
  • Our religion is Indian and traditional gotra is Marwari Banias.
  • We are in Business since 1950 at Ajmer. Initially our forefathers were trading & Sanitary Crackers products.
  • In year 1987 I joined them with new thoughts & vision of divergence in different fields.
  • Resulted, in year 1987 we commenced LPG business with IOCL as LPG distributorship named Avantika Enterprises.
  • The direct dealings with customers & experienced gave enough confidence to further explore in Business World such as Non-Automotive & Automotive.

Social as aspect:-

  • We are three brothers and sisters. All three sisters are married in wen reputed Hindu business families and are well settled. My two younger brothers are also married and being settled with their own business icons and social identities.
  • I got married in a year 1988 with a very decent & familiar Girt belongs to quite welt business family based at Jodhpur. Since 2009 Mrs. Asha Garg – spouse playing a role of Director in our companies.
  • Succession Plan: – Two Daughters, both hold degrees of Professional Grade and are currently involved in our Business.

Joined as dealer partner for Nissan in 2012.

In August 2016 we added TATA Motors – Passenger to our Portfolio

Non Automotive Business:-

  • In Year 1990 – IOCL. Authorized Transporter.
  • In year 1997 – IOCL Petrol Pump Dealer in Ajmer.
  • In Year 2001 – Servo Stockiest (IOCL) Ajmer & Nagaur Districts.

Automotive Business:-

  • In year 2002 I entered into Automobile Industry as a HMSI dealer (Honda Two Wheeler Dealer) for Ajmer & Nagaur.
  • In year 2006 I got an opportunity by Maruti Company, as Maruti Dealer for Ajmer & Nagaur.
  • Additionally in Year 2009, We activated our Maruti Dealership in Jhunjhunu along Churu & Chirawa districts.
  • In this year April’ 2012 we activated our first LCV dealership of Ashok Leyland in Ajmer with Bhilwara & Nagaur districts.
